Location

The Casa Dei Venti Hotel is located in a quiet, typically beautiful natural environment about 500 m from Benitses, and about 13 km to the tourist and cultural center of Corfu town. Bathing vacationers will enjoy the short distance to the nearest stone/rock beach Tsaki Beach, about 150 m away. For daily needs, there are small shops and shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars about 600 m away. The following sights are also accessible from the hotel: Achilion Palace (approx. 3 km) and Corfu Town (approx. 13 km). There is a connection to the airport (CFU) approximately 16 km away.

Facilities

The small but cozy hotel is located in the second row to the beach and offers a total of 16 rooms, which are bright and friendly furnished and spread over several floors. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in all rooms. Check-in is possible at the hotel from 3 PM and must be completed by 11 AM on the day of departure. Towels are changed 3 times a week and room cleaning is free of charge.

The bright and simple rooms are located on the first and second floors and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a small kitchenette, air conditioning and TV. There is also a balcony or terrace with a great sea view (approx. 18m², DM).

Apartment 2 bedrooms

The apartments are located on the first floor and offer 2 separate bedrooms, one is equipped with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, thus offering enough space for the family. The apartments also have a kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet, air conditioning and TV, as well as a terrace with a beautiful garden view (approx. 30m², A22).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a visitor's tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
