The first-class resort offers a stylish vacation experience for all ages with a total of 323 high-quality and modernly equipped rooms and bungalows. The rooms are distributed across the spacious main building as well as various annex buildings in the extensive, well-kept garden. In addition to the main restaurant, culinary variety is provided by the Greek à-la-carte restaurant "Yiayia" and the "Seaside Grill" à-la-carte restaurant, which are open in the evening. At lunchtime, the "Oceana Seafood" à-la-carte restaurant also invites guests to enjoy gourmet moments. Furthermore, the modern resort offers a beach club "Sugar Reef", "Barefoot" Grill Bar, a newly opened restaurant "Greek Grill", "Manatees" Bar, pool bar, lobby bar, theater bar, and a café. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex.
In the extensive, well-kept garden, a total of four swimming pools invite you to relax and refresh, one of which is reserved for guests of the "Preferred Club" and one pool functions as an adults-only pool. Welcome cocktail, daily international breakfast (7:30-11 AM), lunch (1-3 PM), and dinner (6:30-10 PM) in the buffet restaurant; additionally, all à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required) can be used.
Snacks, ice cream, fresh fruit juices, and soft drinks, cocktails as well as national and international premium drinks are available at the various bars from 10 AM-Midnight; furthermore, there is waiter service at the pools and on the beach. Climate resilience tax note

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
