The newly built, expansive complex covers 28 hectares and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, bar, mini-market and souvenir shop, buffet restaurant, à-la-carte restaurant, and a spa. An outdoor lift leads up the hill to the Executive Collection Area.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.
In the well-maintained grounds, there are two freshwater swimming pools located approximately 20 m from the beach with a beautiful view of Gouvia Marina and the Bay of Kommeno, as well as a sun terrace with a pool bar.
Pool towels, sun loungers, and parasols are available at the pool free of charge.
The hotel has established its own private sun deck at the beach with parasols and sun loungers, from which one can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Bay of Kommeno.

Optionally also bookable as a Superior Double Room with a bay view (DSB) or for single occupancy (DSE/UB1).

Deluxe Double Room

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Room, these also include a sofa bed, a bath or shower/WC, and are furnished in a slightly more modern style (DD2).

Deluxe Double Room with Private Pool

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Room, these feature a private pool (heated from 1.05–15.06 and 15.09–31.10) on the furnished terrace (DDP).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay particular attention to your children when using this area and exercise caution.

Executive Suite

With the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Room, these also include an espresso machine. They are oriented towards the bay or the garden, and are more spacious and equipped with a separate bedroom (ES2).

Feature the same facilities as the Superior Double Room, but are more spacious and additionally equipped with a furnished terrace and a private pool (heated from 1.05–15.06 and 15.09–31.10) with a view of the garden (SP2).

Climate resilience fee information

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of Jan 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
