In the small village of Astrakeri, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, the Angela Beach hotel complex is located directly on a small, natural sand/pebble beach. Another section of the beach can be reached in about 150 m, and further beaches are within walking distance. The nearest town, Roda, is about 1.5 km away and can be easily and conveniently reached several times a day by the hotel's own free shuttle bus. The well-known town of Acharavi is about 4 km away, and the airport is approx. 43 km away.

Facilities

The Angela Beach Hotel is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and features 580 rooms and apartments, 190 of which are Superior, distributed between the main building and several multi-story annexes. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, rental safes, a lift in the main building, seating areas, a souvenir shop/minimarket, and an air-conditioned cinema. Furthermore, the hotel has 2 buffet restaurants, one near the main building and the second in the Superior apartment area, as well as a rooftop bar that invites you for sundowners. In the outdoor area, there are three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars, a separate children's pool, as well as a brand-new small water park with 2 slides. Here, the younger guests can also let off steam on the new, large children's playground. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating are available for parents.
For those seeking peace and quiet, a small garden lounge area with outdoor sofas, Bali beds, hanging chairs, and 2 outdoor whirlpools has been available since summer 2024.
The garden area by the beach has also been redesigned since summer 2024: there is now a wooden deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and panoramic sea views, a relaxation area with hammocks, as well as a new beach bar with cozy seating areas for lingering. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the swimming pools and at the beach directly in front of the hotel. Beach towels are provided to guests against a deposit; a small fee is charged for changing them. Wi-Fi is available to all hotel guests throughout the complex free of charge.

Renovated in 2020, the rooms are designed in a modern style and are located in the annex building facing the sea. All hotel guests are offered breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in buffet form. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. as well as from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., gyros, fries, and tzatziki are provided at the snack bar and one of the pool bars. Ice cream is available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and coffee, tea, as well as pastries are served from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea, cocoa, various soft drinks, juices, soda water, and national alcoholic beverages such as beer, local red and white wine, brandy, and ouzo are available from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the pool bars as well as at the beach bar. Other national beverages such as vodka, rum, and kumquat are served from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The rooftop bar is open for soft drinks and beer from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. as well as from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. for all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included in the All Inclusive program.
