Location

The "The Yard Corfu" boutique hotel, newly built for the summer 2025 season, is located in a green setting in the small town of Moraitika on the beautiful island of Corfu. This charming oasis of tranquility is situated only about 300 m from the picturesque beach of Moraitika and offers an ideal environment for couples or solo travelers. The airport, port, and Corfu town are each reachable within approximately 20 km.

Facilities

Built sustainably in the Greek style, this 5-star boutique hotel (bookable for guests aged 15 and over) offers sufficient privacy with only 23 rooms and one villa, ensuring a restful and relaxed vacation in a family-like atmosphere.
Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a lobby and pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, which features the hotel's own olive groves, you will find a spacious, heated freshwater pool with an adjoining whirlpool and the pool bar. You can relax and enjoy the sun on comfortable sun loungers with parasols, accompanied by subtle music. Pool towels are included.

Double room "Yard"

The spacious double rooms feature either a king-size bed or twin beds, each with sustainably produced mattresses and a pillow menu, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water per day included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules per day included), as well as a furnished balcony in the middle of the green garden (DD2).
Optionally also available for single occupancy (DD1).

Junior Suite Whirlpool

Located on the upper floors, the exclusive junior suites with a king-size bed feature an additional sofa bed for the 3rd person. They offer the same basic equipment as the double rooms but are more spacious and come equipped with a whirlpool on the balcony (JJW/JSI).

Suite Whirlpool

The spacious suites consist of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and feature a bathroom with double vanity and rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water per day included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules per day included). A highlight is the generously laid-out terrace, furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, offering a magnificent view of the garden and the whirlpool (S2J/SP2).

Villa 2 Bedrooms Whirlpool

The exclusive and luxurious villa, with a total of 2 bedrooms (1x king-size bed/1x king-size bed or twin beds), offers sufficient space and comfort for up to 4 people. Amenities include two bathrooms with double vanity and rain shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water per day included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules per day included), as well as a generously laid-out terrace furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, featuring a whirlpool and a magnificent view of the garden (V22/2V2).

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

Extensive breakfast buffet with local and international dishes as well as fresh fruit juices (seasonally dependent) for breakfast. As part of the half board, dinner is served as a daily changing set menu, replacing the previous buffet service.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government collects a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 1.1.2025 at 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
