Location

Newly built for Summer 2025, the boutique hotel "The Yard Corfu" is situated in a green environment in the small town of Moraitika on the beautiful island of Corfu. This charming oasis of tranquility is only about 300 m from the picturesque beach of Moraitika and offers an ideal setting for couples or solo travelers. The airport, port, and Corfu town are all approximately 20 km away.

Facilities

The sustainably built 5-star boutique hotel in Greek style (bookable for ages 15 and up) offers ample privacy with only 23 rooms and one villa for a restful and relaxed holiday in a familiar atmosphere.
Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a lobby and pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
In the beautifully landscaped garden with its own olive groves, you will find the spacious, heated freshwater pool with an adjoining whirlpool and the pool bar. Relax and enjoy the sun to discreet music on the comfortable sun loungers with parasols. Bath towels are included.

Double room "Yard"

The spacious double rooms feature either a king-size bed or twin beds, each with sustainably produced mattresses and a pillow menu, bathroom with rain shower/toilet, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water daily included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules daily included), and a furnished balcony amidst the green garden (DD2).
Also available for single use (DD1).

Junior Suite Whirlpool

The exclusive junior suites with king-size beds are located on the upper floors, feature an additional sofa bed for the 3rd person, and are more spacious than the double rooms with the same basic amenities, including a whirlpool on the balcony (JJW/JSI).

Suite Private Pool

The spacious suites consist of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and feature a bathroom with a double sink and rain shower/toilet, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water daily included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules daily included). The highlight is the spacious, furnished terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, offering a magnificent view of the garden and a private pool (SP2).

Villa 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The exclusive and luxurious villa offers a total of 2 bedrooms (1x king-size bed/1x king-size bed or twin beds), providing ample space and comfort for up to 4 people. Amenities include two bathrooms with double sinks and rain shower/toilet, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, 53" smart TV, minibar (for a fee; 1 bottle of water daily included), coffee/tea station and capsule machine (4 capsules daily included), as well as a spacious, furnished terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, offering a magnificent view of the garden and a private pool (2V2).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
