The high-quality Adults only resort (bookable for guests aged 16 and over) is located directly on the sea and features 2 wings and a total of 81 rooms, 99 suites, and 2 villas. The "Seafront Wing" includes the main lobby, the "1962 By the Sea" restaurant, Blue Bar, Raw Bar, Verde Pool Bar, the Seafront swimming pool, and the "Haute Living Room" for guests of associated rooms, a tennis court, and an outdoor fitness area. The new "Panoramic Wing" offers a separate reception area for guests staying in its rooms, the Korypho Restaurant, Nobilis Fine Dining at Koryphō for multi-course dinners (gourmet gastronomy in a private dining area, accompanied by premium wines and champagnes. Not included in the Half Board program/available for all paying guests/reservation required), a panoramic pool bar, two swimming pools, and the spa area. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach. The pool is heated in the low and shoulder seasons. The beautiful rooms are located in the Seafront Wing and consist of a bedroom with a king-size or double bed, and feature a marble bathroom with shower/WC, high-quality toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer, safe, individually controlled air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (EH2). Jade Suite

The Jade Suites are located in the Panoramic Wing and are a unique and stylish retreat that skillfully combines island and minimalist elements in cream and light brown tones. With views of the infinite horizon and our specially curated roof gardens, they become your very own private oasis of well-being. The open-plan layout with a comfortable king-size bed and a cozy living area creates a welcoming atmosphere. The terrace or balcony are the highlights of the room – for all those moments of relaxation you deserve. The amenities and features are identical to the Emerald Retreat rooms (S2). Option to book with an outdoor whirlpool on the balcony (UZ2).

Opal Suite Sea View

The generously and openly designed Opal Suites are located in the Panoramic Wing and differ in color scheme from the Jade Suite, also featuring sea views (S2M/SIM). For room types S2M/SIM, Schauinsland-Reisen guests receive a 20% discount on extras at the hotel. Option to book with a terrace featuring an outdoor whirlpool and sea view (Y2J/SAJ/2UM).

These suites are more spacious with identical design and amenities, additionally featuring a bathtub, and are located in the Panoramic Wing (GR2). Access to the "Haute Living Room" area. Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast buffet for guests of the Seafront Wing at the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant and for guests of the Panoramic Wing at the Korypho restaurant.
With Half Board booking, dinner is included for all guests as a 3-course à la carte menu at the Korypho Restaurant.
Dinner is available à la carte at the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant for an additional charge.
For booking the room categories Grand Opal Suite, Emerald Suite MB, Pavilion Retreat, and Pavilion Suite, a Premium Package is included. You will receive access to the "Haute Living" concept, services as listed below, and the following additional dinner options (from a stay of 7 days, not possible on themed nights):
- One dinner per stay at the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant with 2x3 courses à la carte (some dishes at extra charge) included, reservation required.
- One dinner per stay at the Raw Bar as a 3-course menu.
Drinks are not included.
In case of force majeure, health issues, occupancy, capacity, or other restrictions, the hotel reserves the right to change the assigned restaurants or the HB dinner format to a buffet without prior notice.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has implemented a Climate Resilience Levy, payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
1-2 star category: 2 Euros
3-star category: 5 Euros
4-star category: 10 Euros
5-star category: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season (November 1 - March 31):
