Location

Located directly on the long, fine-pebble beach of Moraitika. The town center with shopping facilities and a variety of restaurants and taverns is within walking distance. A local bus stop is approximately 300 m away. It is about 22 km to Corfu Town and the airport.

Facilities

Built in the local style, the complex consists of a main building and several bungalow buildings spread throughout a lush garden. It offers a reception with rental safes, a lobby bar, a lounge with an internet corner and free Wi-Fi in the lobby, a restaurant, and a beach bar.
The extensive garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, as well as a large lawn with trees providing shade. Sun loungers are available by the pool and on the beach for a fee. The main restaurant and the beach bar are located directly on the beach, offering a fantastic view of the sea.

The rooms are pleasantly furnished and feature a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, air conditioning, a refrigerator, TV, telephone, and a balcony or terrace (2CD).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and equipped with 2 bedrooms. The family rooms are located in the bungalow buildings (2FZ).

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):
