Location

An olive oil mill from the late 18th century in the beautiful landscape of the Corfiot southeast coast, an elegant structure of local architecture, surrounded by the eternal blue of the Ionian Sea and sky, lush bougainvillea and graceful olive trees. This is the heart of the hotel “The Olivar Suites”, a special place to experience the finest Corfiot hospitality and lasting sensations of well-being.
The crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea and the tranquil sandy beach (approx. 200m long) are directly in front of the hotel. The nearby village offers traditional tavernas and restaurants. The airport is around 20 km away, and Corfu town can be reached in about 22 km.

Facilities

The luxurious complex offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception and luggage room, as well as a small boutique. The 120 suites are built in a unique style, located a maximum of 100m from the beach and offer plenty of privacy. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Relax under the Corfiot sun around the tranquil swimming pool, enchanted by the birdsong. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge by the pool and also at the beach. In an idyllic area, surrounded by the scents of hundred-year-old olive trees and the salt of the Ionian Sea, snacks and cocktails are offered all day long (for a fee). The à la carte restaurant "Flya" on the beach with a beautiful outdoor terrace and the pool bar "Olibar" cater to your culinary needs.

Junior Suite

Experience comfortable elegance in the quiet and cozy Junior Suites. These luxurious rooms are located on the first floor, surrounded by a lush olive grove. Amenities include a king-size bed, shower/WC, high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea station, and a spacious balcony (JS2).
A bottle of mineral water and a bottle of wine are provided daily upon arrival.
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

Junior Suite Private Pool

Relax and unwind in a Junior Suite with a furnished terrace offering direct access to your private pool. This spacious accommodation, decorated in soft colors, offers the same amenities as the Junior Suite (ZJP).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be especially careful with your children when using this area and act responsibly.

Executive Suite Private Pool

The architecture and design of the spacious Executive Suites reflect the values of Corfiot culture, simplicity, and harmony. Decorated in muted tones to create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. With large windows and an outdoor courtyard providing access to your private pool. They also feature a separate bedroom, and other amenities are identical to the Junior Suite (X2S).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be especially careful with your children when using this area and act responsibly.

Corfiot Suite 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The spacious Corfiot Suites also reflect the simplicity and harmony of Corfiot culture. The outdoor living areas are large and inviting, the perfect environment for relaxing by your private pool in the sun. Ideal for a luxurious family vacation. In addition to the same amenities as the Junior Suites, they feature a bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed (2OP).

Premier Suite 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

Relax under the sun on your terrace next to your private pool.
A comfortable 2-bedroom suite with a spacious interior designed to complement the lush natural surroundings. A large and inviting outdoor living area, the perfect place to escape in comfortable elegance.
Ideal for a luxurious family vacation. Other amenities are identical to the Junior Suite. (ZPA)

Riviera Suite Sea View

Located on the first floor, the Rivera Suites offer unparalleled views of the Ionian Sea and are perfectly situated to provide direct access to the sandy beach. They additionally offer a large sofa, a luxurious large bathroom with a bathtub and
a walk-in shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet, as well as a balcony with a sea view (S2M), without a private pool.

Ionian Suite Beachfront Private Pool

Experience the connection with the sea in the spacious Ionian Beachfront Suites (2 rooms). The enchanting accommodation is just a few steps from the beach and spans 70 sqm over two rooms with 2 bathrooms. Find your own pavilion on the beautiful sandy beach directly in front of your private pool. The Ionian Beachfront Suites offer a fascinating environment for couples or families to enjoy a holiday in comfortable elegance. The large living area features a sofa bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a lovely terrace with direct access to your private pool or the beach.
The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and opens onto a spacious terrace (ABS).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be especially careful with your children when using this area and act responsibly.

Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Depending on the booked meal plan, breakfast is served buffet-style, lunch from 1 PM to 4 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 11 PM à la carte at the "Flya" beach restaurant.
For an additional charge:
All-day dining with local products at the "Flya" restaurant on the beach. The menu transforms fresh seasonal ingredients from local producers into modern creative dishes inspired by the rich culinary roots of the Mediterranean.

Information for climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
