Location

The complex, built on a slope, is separated from the natural beach only by a narrow access road. The popular tourist resort of Kardamena can be reached in approx. 1.5 km. A bus stop with regular bus connections to Kos town is about 150 m away. There is a 24-hour minibus service within the complex. The airport is about 8 km away.

The Lagas Aegean Village consists of a main building and 2-story bungalow units, which house a total of 328 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and Wi-Fi access, a lounge with a terrace, an indoor pool, a main restaurant with a terrace and air conditioning, and the "Pool Side Restaurant" (lunch, for a fee), a bar, a pool bar, a mini-market, a jeweler, a hairdresser, and a boutique. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in the pool area and available at the beach for a fee.

Double Room Sea View

The comfortably furnished rooms offer sea view, bathroom/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning, a rental safe, telephone, satellite TV, a small refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace (DM/DMI).
Alternatively, with the same amenities, rooms on the first floor with a beautiful sea view and balcony can also be booked (DMA).

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy without sea view and balcony (DE).

Breakfast (7:30-9:45 AM) and dinner (6:45-8:45 PM) served buffet style (main restaurant).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (gentlemen in long trousers and no sleeveless shirts).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season, April 1 - October 31:
Category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season, November 1 - March 31:
Category 1-2 Stars: 0.50 Euros
