Location

The Mosay Kos All Suites Hotel is a new 5-star property for guests aged 12 and over, which harmoniously combines local tradition with modern design. Situated directly on the beachfront, the hotel offers immediate access to the "Lambi" beach section. The historic old town of Kos is only about 2.2 km away and easily accessible. Kos Airport is located approximately 25 km from the complex, and a bus stop is about 300 m away.

Built in 2025, the hotel has 127 rooms designed for rest and relaxation. Amenities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a main restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean) with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant (international), a pool bar, a beach bar, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel premises.
In the well-tended outdoor area, there are six pools equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are also included on the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The suites feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, Smart/satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine, coffee/tea station, and balcony (S2).

Suite Superior Sea View

With the same features as the suites, these offer a balcony with a magnificent sea view (SUM).

Premium Swim Up Suite

With the same features as the standard suites, these are slightly more spacious and feature a terrace with access to the sharing pool (W2U).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for thoughtful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Suite Private Pool

The Deluxe Suites with private pool are located on the ground floor and, with the same features as the premium suite, include a terrace and a private pool (2RN).
Also available as a Deluxe Suite Private Pool Beachfront in a direct beach location (BSD), or optionally on the first floor with a balcony (SP2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for thoughtful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
