Location

Hotel Atlantis is located directly on the extensive sand/pebble beach and offers an ideal location near the island's capital. Kos Town is just about 2 km away and delights with numerous taverns, bars, nightclubs, diverse shopping opportunities, and a varied entertainment offer.
A cycle path runs directly in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is located immediately opposite. Kos airport is approximately 30 km away.

The hotel has 510 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a terrace, a games room and an internet corner (both for a fee), a mini-market, and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. In the spacious garden area, there are pools, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a snack beach bar. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

The newly renovated rooms are located in the main building and feature a bathroom with a bathtub, bath shoes, toiletries, hairdryer, 2 single beds, an armchair or armchair-bed, large flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea maker with daily refills, Nespresso machine (refill every second day), balcony, and are located on the 4th floor (2RA/DIM).

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow

The newly built Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a modern bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, ironing station, mini-refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (free refills), room service, furnished terrace, and a direct sea view (D12 bookable upon request).

Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am. International lunch takes place from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and dinner is offered from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm in buffet style with show cooking.
From 10:30 am to 5 pm, cakes, ice cream, as well as hot and cold snacks are available. Soft drinks, draft beer, house wine, coffee and tea, as well as a selection of cocktails and spirits are included from 11 am to 11 pm. Selected local long drinks are offered from 5 pm to 11 pm.
A gala dinner takes place once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

The beach bar (9 am–5 pm) is not included in All Inclusive.

Sports for a fee

Table tennis, billiards, and tennis.

Children's program

For our younger guests, a separate children's pool and a playground are available.

Entertainment

Entertainment is provided by a light animation program six days a week with activities such as yoga, water aerobics, bocce, and beach volleyball. In the evening, varied shows are regularly presented.

Hotel service

Room cleaning including towel and bed linen change every 2nd day (further room cleaning upon request).
Bath towels (changed every second day) are already available in the room.

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 01/01/2025.
For stays during high season 1/4 - 31/10:
