The Hotel Caravia Beach is situated in a rural area directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Marmari. The town center is approximately 1 km away, while Kos Town and the airport are both around 13 km away. A bus stop is located approximately 300 m away.

The 392 rooms are located in a well-kept garden, distributed across a 4-story main building and six 1-story row bungalows. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, elevators, lounges, a TV room, a main restaurant (Italian Corner and Grill Corner integrated into the restaurant, included), a conference room, a hair salon in the Spa Wellness Center, and a mini-market. Additionally, there is a beach bar and a tavern. For guests staying in the junior suite, an exclusive adults-only area with the "Máina" restaurant and lounge bar is available. In the large garden, you will find a large freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, as well as a sun terrace and sunbathing areas. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach. Pool towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, sitting area with sofa bed for a 3rd person, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and rental safe. The double rooms feature a French balcony (D) and have been renovated.
Optionally bookable for an extra charge on the sea side without a balcony (2OY) or as a super saver room (limited availability, max. 2+1, SSZ).

Bungalows

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the bungalows additionally feature a living area separated by a sliding door with sofa beds, as well as a balcony or terrace (B12).

Junior Suite

The newly built junior suites, which are bookable for guests aged 16 and over, are located on the first floor with a view of the blue lagoon pool and are equipped with shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, a flatscreen TV, rental safe, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony (JS2).
The junior suites are only bookable for guests aged 16 and over (with exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With otherwise the same amenities as the junior suites, these are located on the ground floor and feature access to the lagoon pool (SUJ).
The junior suites are only bookable for guests aged 16 and over (with exclusive access to the adults-only area with restaurant and lounge bar).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request that guests behave cautiously and exercise special attention when using this area.

Early bird breakfast (6-7 a.m.), breakfast (7-10 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) in buffet style. Snacks, tea, and coffee from 10 a.m. to midnight.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as beer, wine, ouzo, gin, vodka, whisky, and rum cocktails from 10 a.m. to midnight included. Cappuccino, espresso, and branded beverages are available for an extra charge.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this. Children's menus are available.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurant.

Climate resilience fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
