Location

The Seaside Marmari Hotel, which is available for guests aged 12 and over, is located in Marmari. Situated directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and approximately 13 km from Kos International Airport. A bus stop with regular connections can be reached in approximately 100 meters.

Facilities

The attractive complex, which was completely renovated in 2024 and features only 19 rooms, is adults-friendly (bookable from 12 years of age) and offers a 12-hour reception, a lounge with terrace, a luggage room, Wi-Fi, and a restaurant serving Greek and international cuisine with a terrace. There is a beach bar in the outdoor area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for a fee.
The swimming pool of the neighboring sister hotel Stella Maris (KGS155) can be used and is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sun loungers and parasols are provided there free of charge.

Feature shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe for rent, flatscreen satellite TV with music channels, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (B2D).

Deluxe Double Room Seafront

Located on the upper floor, otherwise with the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Room Seafront Ground Floor (L2B).

Deluxe Double Room Outdoor Whirlpool

Located on the land side, otherwise with the same facilities as the Deluxe Double rooms, and additionally feature an outdoor whirlpool (WD2).
The whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Half board

Breakfast (7:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.) and dinner (6:30 p.m.-9 p.m.) in buffet form.
A bottle of mineral water is included with dinner.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season April 1 - October 31:
1-2 star category 2 euros
3-star category 5 euros
4-star category 10 euros
5-star category 15 euros
For stays during low season November 1 - March 31:
1-2 star category 0.50 euros
3-star category 1.50 euros
