Location

The family-run Hotel Palladium is surrounded by magnificent green gardens in the heart of Marmari. The nearest sandy beach can be reached after just 800 m. Kos Town is approximately 15 km away and the airport 12 km. A public bus stop with good connections to Kos Town is located just approx. 150 m from the hotel.

The hotel features 142 rooms, divided into 12 units. Hotel amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a pool/snack bar. Additionally, there is a games room with billiards (for a fee), a library, and a kiosk. Outdoors, you will find a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool as well as three other adult pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool, but are available for a fee at the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel.

The rooms are equipped with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, 32" TV, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, kettle, and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally bookable for single use (DE/DEA). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival. Also optionally bookable as Type B with breakfast only (DB under KGS244).

Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, the Superior Double Rooms feature a more modern design, shower/WC, a 43" flatscreen TV, a larger safe, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Optionally bookable for single use (DSE/DAE) or as a Superior Plus Double Room, which is slightly more spacious and includes an additional sofa (DSR). Also optionally bookable as Type B with breakfast only (DSB/DOZ under KGS244).

Double Room Deluxe

The large Deluxe Rooms, only bookable for guests aged 16 and over, are located on the first floor with a view of the sharing pool and feature high-quality, modern furnishings. They include a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, 43" flatscreen TV, safe, air conditioning (included), refrigerator, an additional comfortable sofa bed, and a balcony. Other amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, bathrobes, and slippers (DD2/D2I). Optionally bookable for single use (DD1). Also optionally bookable as Type B with breakfast only (DDB under KGS244). The use of sun loungers on the terrace of the sharing pool is reserved exclusively for guests in the Deluxe area.

Double Room Deluxe Swim up

Feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, with a terrace including private sun loungers and access to the sharing pool (DWU). Optionally bookable for single use (WU1). If desired, also bookable as Type B with breakfast only (SWB under KGS244). The use of sun loungers on the terrace of the sharing pool is reserved exclusively for guests in the Deluxe area.
The Deluxe Swim-up Double Rooms are also only bookable for guests aged 16 and over.
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, the Family Rooms feature a bedroom with one double and one single bed, as well as a separate living room with a double or twin bed (DF2). Optionally bookable as Type B with breakfast only (2FB under KGS244).

With the same amenities as the Family Rooms, these are more modern and feature a 43" flatscreen TV (F2U). Optionally bookable as Type B with breakfast only (BFS under KGS244).

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.) and dinner (6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) in buffet form in the main restaurant.
No drinks are included with dinner.
Proper attire is requested for dinner.
The breakfast-only meal plan is offered under the code KGS244.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season from April 1 to October 31:

Land category 4 Stars: 10 Euro
