The Cavo D'Oro is nestled in greenery, directly on one of the island's most beautiful beaches, which features fine sand and a gentle slope into the water. The center of Marmari is approx. 700 m away, and the nearest mini-market is approx. 500 m away. A bus stop for the local bus to Kos Town is 200 m away. It is approx. 14 km to Kos Town and approx. 13 km to Kos Airport.

This family-run hotel with 46 accommodation units and many regular guests is located in the middle of a palm-planted garden and promises a quiet and relaxing holiday. Hotel amenities include a 24-hour reception, a lounge, a library, a cocktail bar/bistro (10:00 AM – 12:30 AM), an à la carte restaurant/tavern serving Mediterranean and international cuisine (11:30 AM – 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM), and a cozy outdoor terrace. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available here free of charge. There is also a beach bar (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and beach showers. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex.

Superior Double Room

The comfortable Superior rooms consist of a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, mosquito net, refrigerator, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a balcony with garden view (DSU).
Upon arrival, wine and water are provided in the room.

Junior Suite

With the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, these feature a visually separated living area with seating and a sofa bed (JS2/JSI).

1-Bedroom Apartment

With otherwise the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, the apartments consist of a living/bedroom with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom (A12). Additionally features a kitchenette. The apartments are located on the ground floor and have a terrace.

Superior 2-Bedroom Apartment

With the same facilities as the apartments, these are slightly more spacious and offer an additional, separate bedroom (2AU).
Unlike the standard apartments, the Superior apartments have a balcony or terrace.

2-Bedroom Suite

The suites are more spacious while maintaining the same facilities as the Superior apartments (S22).

Junior Suite Sharing Pool

The Junior Suites, newly built for Summer 2024 and bookable from age 16, are modernly furnished and offer direct access to a sharing pool with the same facilities as the standard Junior Suites. Two sun loungers are provided on the terrace. The suites also feature a refrigerator and an espresso machine (two capsules included upon arrival) (J2P).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for considerate behavior and special attention when using this area.

Premium Suite Whirlpool

The Premium Suites, newly built for Summer 2024 and bookable from age 16, feature a separate living room and bedroom while maintaining the same facilities as the Junior Suites Sharing Pool. The terrace with a sea view includes a private whirlpool and two sun loungers (RE2).
The whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for considerate behavior and special attention when using this area.

For half board bookings, dinner (6:30 PM – 10:30 PM) is also included as a buffet.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Levy

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
