The Summer Village Hotel, which welcomes guests aged 18 and over, is located just about 600 m from the beautiful sandy beach and approximately 1.5 km from the lively town of Marmari. In the immediate vicinity, you will find cozy snack bars and traditional tavernas. A bus stop is located just 150 m away, and the airport is approximately 14 km away.

This adults-only hotel, which can be booked as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, consists of 142 rooms built in a charming bungalow style. It features a newly redesigned lobby (as of summer 2024) with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar with a terrace.
In the well-maintained garden area, the spacious communal pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, the pool bar, and a traditional taverna invite you to relax. Additionally, there are four shared pools with salt-electrolysis available for the Deluxe Sharing Pool and Deluxe Room with private loungers categories. For the Premium Deluxe Double Rooms Sharing Pool, there are a total of five additional shared pools. A newly landscaped pool next to the communal pool also serves as a shared pool for this room category.
Sun umbrellas and loungers are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are provided against a deposit.

The Deluxe Double Rooms feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and toiletries, individual air conditioning/heating, telephone, electronic safe, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, 32" satellite smart TV with music channel, minibar (stocked with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), coffee/tea-making facilities with kettle (replenished daily), furnished terrace, and a private garden sofa/lounge area (GDD). Deluxe Double Room Pool View Private Loungers

Located on the first floor, these rooms have the same interior and size as the Deluxe Double Room Private Garden but feature access to the shared pool with reserved sun loungers and a furnished balcony instead of a private garden (PDL/PDI). Also bookable for single use (YN1).

Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool

Located on the ground floor in the newly renovated buildings, these rooms feature the same interior as the Deluxe Double Room Private Garden, with direct access to the newly built shared pool and private sun loungers on the terrace instead of a private garden (XH2/2QW). Also bookable for single use (WU1).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for careful conduct and special attention when using this area.

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Loungers

Premium Deluxe Double Rooms offer more comfort due to their larger size, while otherwise featuring the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Room Private Loungers. They additionally include bathrobes, slippers, and an espresso machine (daily refill with 2 capsules). They are located on the first floor and provide numbered wooden sun loungers with premium mattresses by the shared pool, with access to the pool (P2D/DI). Also bookable for single use (P1D/XEP). Guests in these rooms receive a 15% discount on spa services.

Breakfast (7:30 am–10:30 am), lunch (12 pm–2 pm), and dinner (7 pm–9 pm) are offered in buffet style. Snacks and pastries are available from 4 pm to 5 pm at the pool bar.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
