Location

The adults-only hotel Oku Kos, which can be booked from the age of 16, is situated in a prime, quiet location directly by the sea in the town of Marmari. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity. Kos Airport is approx. 11 km away.

Facilities

Built in a village-style, the hotel consists of 100 rooms spread across several 1-2 story buildings, some of which are grouped around small gardens. The property offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, and a restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a mini-market. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach; pool towels are available free of charge.

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms are located on the ground floor and feature a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, flatscreen TV, Bluetooth Marshall speakers, mini-fridge, minibar (for a fee), Nespresso machine (for a fee), and a terrace (D).
Also available to book for single use (DE).

Bungalow

Same size and facilities as the double rooms, located in the bungalow area (B2A).

Junior suite sharing pool

Same facilities as the double rooms, but slightly more spacious with a hammock on the terrace. The living and sleeping area are separated by a few steps (J2). In the living area, there is a sofa bed for a 3rd person.
Also available to book for single use (J1A).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We request that you exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Breakfast/Half-board

Breakfast (7:30 am - 11:00 am) in buffet form.
With booked half-board, an additional dinner (7:00 pm - 11:00 pm) is included. Dinner is served à la carte or as a menu.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Gluten-free and vegetarian menus are available upon request. Please contact the reception on-site for this.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been staggered from January 1, 2025, between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
