Location

Newly built in 2023, the Paralos Kyma Dunes is a sustainable and modern oasis for guests aged 16 and over. The sandy beach with crystal-clear water is easily accessible through the dunes. The nearest town is Mastichari, located approx. 500 m from the hotel; the island's capital, Kos Town, is approx. 20 km away. The distance to the airport is approx. 5 km. A bus stop is within walking distance.

Bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen-Original, the Paralos Kyma Dunes hotel creates spaces with a distinctive character, authentic design, and impeccable aesthetics. The 48 rooms and suites in a natural style create an atmosphere of well-being. At the reception, guests are welcomed 24 hours a day, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The Dunes Restaurant with a terrace offers an excellent culinary experience with Mediterranean dishes based on a "Life Tastes Good" concept. Carefully designed gastronomy offers a selection of delicious dishes. The Ammos Bar offers a selection of delicious national and international mixed drinks, cocktails, mocktails, and smoothies, along with carefully selected premium beers, wines, and spirits. There is also a selection of coffees, freshly squeezed juices, non-alcoholic drinks, as well as light lunches and finger food.
Between the buildings stretches the lagoon pool, which features free sun loungers. On the north side, there is an additional relaxation pool, which offers comfortable seating for a relaxing day. The beach is conveniently accessible via a private path; sun loungers and umbrellas are also available here free of charge for carefree vacation days.

Warm, natural colors and a modern design invite you to linger. In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity mirror, every room offers a hairdryer, high-quality toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, air conditioning, 43" HDMI TV (with internet connection and 10 German TV channels as well as other programs in English, French, Dutch, and Italian), Bluetooth sound system, safe, mosquito nets on windows and balcony/terrace doors, espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), coffee/tea station with daily replenishment, mini-fridge (including 2 bottles of water upon arrival), and a furnished balcony/terrace (PD). A welcome gift is ready for guests upon arrival. Bath towels are available free of charge.

The premium rooms have sea views (2PM/PMI) with the same features and amenities as the double rooms with pool view. Also optionally bookable for single use (1PM/PM1—only bookable with All Inclusive).

Located on the first floor with the same features as the premium sea view double rooms, these rooms feature a whirlpool on the balcony (PJM/PMO).

These feature the same amenities as the premium sea view double rooms, plus direct pool access and a private sun deck with poufs (DPJ). Also optionally bookable for single use (EBS).

Double room swim-up lagoon

Located around the lagoon pool with the same features as the standard double rooms, these offer direct access and a terrace with comfortable cushions (SWD). Also optionally bookable for single use (SWE, only bookable with All Inclusive).

Half board/All Inclusive

From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the Dunes Restaurant offers a full, diverse breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Greek specialties such as Greek cheese, yogurt, fresh fruits, or local honey, as well as beverages and coffee variations such as Café Crema, espresso, and cappuccino, a selection of different juices, and a tea selection.
Additionally, a small early-bird breakfast (7 a.m.–7:30 a.m.) and a late-riser breakfast from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. are available.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes are possible upon request and with prior notice.
Dinner: extensive buffet with hot and cold dishes from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are also possible upon request and with prior notice.
The cuisine is based on Greek and Mediterranean cooking using local products.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from Jan 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in high season (Apr 1–Oct 31):
