Location

The hotel is quietly located directly on the beach. In addition to two bathing coves with direct access to the sea, there are two small jetties that make it easier to enter the water. Shops and entertainment facilities can be found in the fishing village of Mastichari, about 200m away. The center of Kos town is about 20 km away, and the airport is approx. 6 km away. A public bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

The hotel complex, built in a village style, is attractively designed with beautiful gardens and has many regular guests. It has 281 rooms, a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a main restaurant and an à la carte beach tavern/pizzeria, a lounge, a mini-market and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the blooming garden, there are 2 freshwater pools, as well as a relaxation pool and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, on the beach and on the lawn. Bath towels are available for a fee.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
