The comfortable resort, with a total of 569 rooms, is set in spacious, well-maintained gardens that extend to the beach dunes, offering a fantastic view of the island of Kalymnos. The main building features an elegant reception hall with a 24-hour reception and the lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. This luxury holiday complex also offers a renovated dining room, numerous bars (some with a stunning sea view), a gelateria, a mini-market, and a shopping arcade with a jeweler, clothing, shoe, and leather goods store, souvenir shop, and an ATM. A rich selection of local and international dishes can be enjoyed in the four different à-la-carte restaurants. The entire complex features four swimming pools (one is heated in April, May, and October) evenly distributed across the grounds, as well as a whirlpool. An indoor pool is also available. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and at the beach, where two beach bars are located. A mini water park provides great holiday fun for younger guests, while adults can indulge in the luxurious Neptune Spa.

The double rooms are located in the main building and are individually and tastefully equipped with bath/WC, safe, hairdryer, telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, satellite TV with radio channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, minibar (on request, for a fee), bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and balcony (D). Optionally bookable with a sea view for an additional charge (DM).

Single room

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms are completely renovated and modernly furnished. These rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms, plus a walk-in shower, a 43" HD TV, a bathroom scale, and a clock radio with USB charging; they are also somewhat more spacious (DSU). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DSE). Optionally bookable with a sea view (DMU, available on request).

Double room Deluxe

The completely renovated and modernly equipped Deluxe double rooms are located in the bungalow buildings and feature a 43" HD TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, a clock radio with USB charging, telephone, coffee/tea making facilities, mini-fridge, walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, various toiletries, and a balcony or terrace. A minibar is available on request and for a fee. Upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of wine in the room (DD2/D2I/DDA). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DD1). Optionally bookable with a sea view for an additional charge (DDM/also available for single occupancy (DM1)).

Double room Deluxe private pool

With the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, these rooms feature a private pool (U2P, on request).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, Superior apartments feature a combined living/sleeping area with a modern kitchen and dining table, bath/WC, and a separate bedroom. These rooms are mainly located in the 4000s blocks (A2U).
Optionally bookable in the first beach row (S1R, with entitlement to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy, bookable on request). In addition, a bottle of wine is provided upon arrival, and a bottle of water is provided in the room every day.

Executive Apartments

With the same amenities as the Superior apartments, the Executive apartments feature an additional bedroom and a second bathroom. These rooms are located in the 4000s blocks (A2X).
Optionally bookable in the first beach row (EP1, with entitlement to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy, bookable on request). In addition, a bottle of wine is provided upon arrival, and a bottle of water is provided in the room every day.

They are equipped with a rain shower/WC, 2 HD TVs, individually adjustable air conditioning, a clock radio with USB charging, telephone, safe, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, SMEG fridge (stocked upon arrival and included, remaining items for a fee), hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, exclusive toiletries, pillow menu, and turn-down service. These are located in the bungalow buildings (2LS/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy.

Luxury Suite 2BR

With the same amenities as the Luxury suite, these feature an additional bedroom (2 single beds), an additional bathroom, a terrace, and sea view. In addition, a private pavilion is available at the beach (2ZM/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy.

Executive Suite

The renovated and modernly furnished Executive suites are located in the bungalow buildings and feature a living/sleeping room, 2 separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Room amenities include exclusive care products, a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, 3 HD TVs, a clock radio with USB charging, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. SMEG fridge (stocked upon arrival and included, remaining items for a fee), telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, pillow menu, safe, turn-down service, and a balcony or terrace (ES2/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy.

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast in buffet style in the main restaurant. With half board, dinner is additionally served in the main restaurant in a rich buffet style. Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary needs available on request. Please contact the reception for this. Alternatively, the main meal can also be taken à-la-carte in one of the restaurants for an additional charge (7 pm - 11 pm). Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (long or knee-length trousers and closed shoes for men). Only one meal type allowed per booking!

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from Jan 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of Jan 1st, 2025.
For stays in the high season Apr 1st – Oct 31st:
