Location

The spacious SMY Kos Beach & Splash resort is located in the Mastichari holiday area in a quiet setting, directly on a wide, fine sand beach. The fishing village of the same name is about 5 km away, and Kos Town is approximately 18 km away. A trip to Kos Town offers varied entertainment options. The airport is about 8 km away.

The holiday resort was further renovated in summer 2025 and features 276 rooms, distributed across a main building and several annexes amidst an extensive garden near the beach. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, bar, boutique, as well as the main restaurant and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the resort. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn. Near the beach, there is an infinity pool with a restaurant (May-October; buffet style) and a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the beach as well; pool towels can be borrowed against a deposit.

Modern rooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, and balcony or terrace (D/DI). Can also be booked for single use at an extra charge (DE/DEB).
