The Zeus Kos Beach is located in a quiet area, above the hotel's own sand/pebble beach with breathtaking sea views, bordered by rocks. Mastichari, a small and beautiful fishing village, is approx. 3 km away. The airport is reachable in approx. 7 km.

The luxurious resort has 100 rooms and offers a reception hall with a 24-hour front desk, elevator, TV area, luggage room, buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant, a bar, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort free of charge. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a children's pool, sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Early continental breakfast (7-7:30 AM) and a rich American breakfast buffet (7:30 AM – 10:30 AM). Lunch is served as an international buffet (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM). Dinner is served as an international buffet (6:30 PM – 9:30 PM). One complimentary dinner per stay at the Greek restaurant (7 PM-9:30 PM, reservation required).
Snacks at the pool bar such as sandwiches, cakes, cookies, etc. (12 PM – 6 PM), ice cream at the pool bar (12 PM – 11 PM).
Drinks (10 AM – 11 PM): water, soft drinks, juices, filter coffee, tea, draft beer, local wine (by the glass), local spirits (Ouzo, Brandy), long drinks and cocktails (with local brands).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1/1/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room starting from 1/1/2025.
