Location

The holiday resort is situated in a quiet, green setting with magnificent views of the sea, located above a gently sloping sandy beach, which is interspersed with pebbles in places and features some smaller rocks at the water line. The fishing village of Mastichari is approximately 2 km away and offers various shops, bars, and restaurants. A shuttle service (for a fee) to Kos Town is available several times a week. The airport can be reached in approx. 6 km.

The club-style holiday resort features 347 rooms, spread across several bungalow-style annexes, harmoniously embedded in a beautifully landscaped garden. The expansive grounds offer plenty of space and numerous amenities, including a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, an air-conditioned main restaurant, and an air-conditioned "Italian" restaurant (open from mid-May to mid-October, reservation required).
Further facilities include a main bar, a TV room, an internet corner, Wi-Fi in the lobby, the pool area, and in the rooms (included), an amphitheater, a beach bar (daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting), and a mini-market.
The spacious garden invites you to relax and houses a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach. Pool towels are provided.

Offering the same amenities as the standard double rooms, these are more spacious and additionally feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (2CD/DKA).

Suite Seafront

The Seafront suites were newly renovated for the 2024 summer season and feature a bathroom with a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, individually controlled air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a terrace with a small private garden and comfortable sun loungers. Additionally, they have a separate bedroom with a connecting door and, in the front row to the sea, a fantastic sea view (DKM, CM). Also available for single use (EKM).

Double Room Superior Renovated

The renovated, modern rooms feature new furniture, updated bathrooms with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, flatscreen TV (German channels), safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), and a furnished balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, our guests receive a small bottle of water in the room (2UR/X2A). Also available with a sea view (DMU/DIM) or for single use (1UR/1RU).

Additionally, these modernized family rooms feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (FSB).

Windmill

A unique type of accommodation is offered by the newly built junior suites, which are located in small windmills. These round buildings offer accommodation spread across 2 floors and consist of a bedroom on the upper floor (double bed or two single beds), a living/sleeping area on the ground floor with a sofa/armchair bed, and feature a walk-in shower with WC, hairdryer, air conditioning on both floors, refrigerator, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, safe, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with capsules, satellite TV, telephone, furnished balcony, and terrace. Upon arrival, our guests receive a small bottle of water in the room (WM).

Breakfast (7-10 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) in buffet form. From 6:30-7 p.m., the entrance is reserved for families with children.
Alternatively, dinner in the themed restaurant (6:30-9:30 p.m. - reservation required).
Snacks, ice cream, and cakes from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., coffee, tea, juices) from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. included, draft beer and house wine from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., additional selected local alcoholic drinks such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, and ouzo included from 5-11 p.m.
