Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet area on a long, stretched pebble beach. Kos town with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities can be reached after approx. 5 km. A bus stop is located approx. 400 m from the hotel. The airport is approx. 29 km away.

The family-friendly complex has 176 rooms spread across a main building and 34 two-storey outbuildings, and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, main bar, "Ambrosia" restaurant, Thalassa à-la-carte restaurant (with Greek cuisine) and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in all areas of the complex. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are 2 swimming pools with a whirlpool, sun terrace and "Oasis" pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels can be rented for a deposit. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability.

Double Room

The double rooms are located on the ground floor or first floor and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, individually regulated air conditioning, telephone, safe, 32" flat-screen satellite TV, mini-fridge and a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally for single use (DE,DEA), with pool view (PD/PID), or with sea view (DM/DMI) available. Also available for single use with pool view (PDE) or single use with sea view (DEM) for an additional charge.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior (DSU/DSI) have, otherwise same as double rooms, an espresso machine (daily capsule refill) and are more spacious. Also available for single use (DSE).

Comfort Double Room

The Comfort Double Rooms (2CD) have, otherwise same as double rooms, a separate bedroom. Also available as Double Room Superior Comfort (CU2) with espresso machine (daily capsule refill).

The family rooms (DF2) have, otherwise same as double rooms, a separate bedroom.

Family Room Superior

With the same facilities as the family rooms, they have two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a Nespresso machine (daily refill included) and are more spacious (F2U).

Breakfast (7–10 am), lunch (12:30–2 pm) and dinner (7:30–9:30 pm) are served buffet-style with Greek specialties and show cooking.
A selection of various snacks are available at the pool bar from 12 pm to 6 pm.
Local alcoholic drinks (from 11 am) and non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, water, filter coffee, house wine, draft beer, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, ouzo, and a selection of cocktails) are included at the respective open bar from 8:30 am to 11 pm.
Smart casual dress (long trousers, closed shoes) is required for dinner.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
