This 4-star hotel is located in a quiet area in the district of Psalidi, just about 150 meters from the sand/pebble beach. The center of Kos Town can be reached after approximately 2.8 kilometers. A bus stop with regular connections is within walking distance. The port of Kos is located about 2.7 kilometers away, and the marina is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Kos Airport is about 27 kilometers away.

The property, completely renovated in 2023, features 221 rooms and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, parking spaces, and a souvenir shop. A restaurant, a tavern, and a bar cater to guests' culinary needs.
In the outdoor area, guests have access to two swimming pools and a pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels can be used free of charge both at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property free of charge. For late departures, luggage can be securely stored in the luggage room.

With otherwise the same facilities as the Premium Double Rooms, these rooms feature a whirlpool bathtub, bathrobes, cosmetic mirror, 43" satellite TV, and a panoramic view of the garden, the pool, or the sea (DSU).

Deluxe Double Room

With otherwise the same facilities as the Superior rooms, the Deluxe rooms feature a 50" satellite TV, bathrobes, and a walk-in shower (DD2/DDI).

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
