The adults-only hotel, available for guests aged 16 and over, is located in Tigaki, about 1 km from the sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Kos. Shopping and entertainment venues are in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is located about 100 m away, Kos Town is approx. 11 km away, and Kos Airport is about 14 km away.

The small hotel has only 43 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, a satellite TV lounge, a newly designed restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a swimming pool with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a fee. Parking at the hotel is included subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex.

Double room with private garden & pool

These rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms but additionally feature a small private garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace, complimentary pool towels, and their own small pool (PPZ).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests are asked to behave prudently and exercise extra caution when using this area.

Junior suite

The spacious junior suites feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, espresso machine (two capsules per room/day included), and a balcony or terrace. Two 500 ml bottles of water are provided in the room daily. For a third person, there is a sofa bed (JS2).
Also available for single use (JS1).

Junior suite with private sun loungers

With the same facilities as the junior suites, these feature a small private garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace (2UG/JSC).

Double room Deluxe with private garden & pool

The spacious deluxe double rooms have the same facilities as the junior suites. Further amenities include a small, private garden with a private pool. In addition, the double deluxe rooms with private garden & pool receive complimentary pool towels and two 500 ml bottles of water in the room daily. For a 3rd person, there is a sofa bed (GDD).
Also available for single use (EDG).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests are asked to behave prudently and exercise extra caution when using this area.

Climate resilience fee notice

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1/1/2025.
For stays in the high season 1/4 - 31/10:
