Location

The hotel is separated from the long, fine sandy beach only by a small, quiet coastal road. It is approx. 12 km to Kos town. In the immediate vicinity, there are taverns, restaurants, bars, and shops. A bus stop is located approx. 400 m away.

Facilities

This popular hotel has a total of 248 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a comfortable seating area, elevators, a lounge, a bar with a terrace, a satellite TV room, a mini-market, and a restaurant. In the tropical garden area, there are two large freshwater swimming pools, one of which features an integrated whirlpool, as well as two separate children's pools. A sun terrace with complimentary sun loungers and parasols is available; beach towels can be borrowed for a deposit. Sun loungers and parasols can be used on the beach for a fee. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire complex.

Double room main building

The rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, telephone, radio, hairdryer, air conditioning (June 1st–Sept 30th), refrigerator, rental safe, satellite TV, and balcony (D/DI).
For an occupancy of 2+2, a bunk bed is provided for the children (2EK).
Available either for single use (DEB) or, at an extra charge, as a double room with sea view (DM/DMI).

Single room

Features the same amenities as the double rooms, but are located either in the main building or the annexes (DE).

Double room pool/garden view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in the annexes, are more spacious, and feature a bath/WC, coffee/tea maker, and pool/garden view (DPG). Available for single use at an extra charge (DEA), or as a super-saver room (SSZ, run of the house).

Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant (7:00 am–9:45 am), late-riser breakfast with a small buffet and snacks at the pool/snack bar (10:00 am–11:30 am), lunch (12:30 pm–2:00 pm), and dinner (6:30 pm–9:00 pm), each in buffet form in the main restaurant. In the afternoon from 4:30 pm–5:30 pm, cake/snacks, as well as ice cream from 10:00 am–5:00 pm at the pool/snack bar. Drinks are included from 10:00 am–11:00 pm; from 6:00 pm, a selection of local alcoholic drinks (Ouzo, vodka, gin, rum, brandy, and 6 cocktails) is also included.

Not included in All Inclusive

Drinks are available for a fee from 11:00 pm–1:00 am.

There is a bike rental in the immediate vicinity. There is a water sports center at Tigaki beach (approx. 500 m away).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from Jan 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of Jan 1st, 2025, is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
