This small, family-run complex is located 150 m from the long sandy beach of Tigaki. Restaurants, tavernas, and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop with connections to Kos Town can be reached in approx. 100 meters. The airport is approx. 16 km away.

The small, family-run hotel, which is very popular with regular guests, has 41 rooms spread over three floors. The complex was completely renovated in 2023 and is equipped with a lobby featuring a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include the "Vasilis" à la carte restaurant as well as a pool/snack bar. The outdoor area features a pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a children's pool. Sun loungers are available on the beach for a fee. Further amenities include a mini-market and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites are equipped with a shower/WC, a hairdryer, and toiletries. The bedroom features a double or twin bed. The separate living room offers sleeping space for a third person on a sofa. Further amenities include a microwave, an electric kettle, and a minibar with a dining area. A safe, two satellite TVs, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony or terrace are also provided (JS2).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room since January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):
