Location

The boutique hotel is located in the heart of Tigaki and is only about 200 meters from the sandy beach. Bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached easily on foot. The center of Kos Town is reachable in about 10 kilometers. Kos Airport is located around 20 kilometers away.

Facilities

The family-run adults-only hotel, bookable for ages 16 and up, consists of a main building and several side buildings that house a total of 51 rooms. A 24-hour reception with a lobby and luggage storage is available. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the entire property.
Other facilities include a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a public tavern (not an adults-only area) with a terrace. A pool bar with a terrace is open daily from 10:00 AM to midnight. In addition, the hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool (10:00 AM–7:00 PM), a sun terrace, and a well-maintained garden area. Bath towels are available free of charge. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool, and for a fee at the public beach.

Double room

The double rooms feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), telephone, safe (included), Smart satellite TV, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Optionally bookable for three people with an additional bed as a double room Type A for an extra charge (DA).

Note: Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
