The complex is quietly located in the resort area of Tigaki, just about 300 m from the expansive sandy beach. The town center with shops, restaurants, and cafes is about 150 m away. A bus stop with regular connections to Kos Town is also about 150 m away. Kos Airport is approximately 16 km away.

This modern family hotel with its well-maintained grounds offers a total of 174 rooms. Facilities include an attractively designed reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a lounge area with a satellite TV corner, a mini-market, a bar, and a restaurant with a terrace. In the outdoor area, guests will find two freshwater pools, each with separate children's pools, a sun terrace with free sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar and snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee from third-party providers. Towels can be rented for a deposit and a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

The double rooms are attractively furnished with a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, safety deposit box (rental), air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge, mosquito net, and a balcony or terrace (D, can also be booked as a triple room under DR). Renovated Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these were freshly modernized for Summer 2025 and feature a shower/WC and a coffee/tea making facility (DSU/DSI). Also bookable for single occupancy (1UR).

Renovated Family Suite

These rooms are equipped like the renovated Double Rooms Superior but with a separate bedroom. Otherwise, with the same amenities as the family rooms, these were freshly renovated for Summer 2025 and feature a shower/WC and a coffee/tea making facility (F2U).

Junior Suite Superior

The newly renovated, elegant Junior Suites Superior are comfortably furnished and more spacious than the double rooms. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, tiled floor, Full HD LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker (with refills), and mosquito net. The furnished balcony or terrace offers a garden view (JU2).

The main restaurant, modernized for Summer 2024, offers varied buffets and a live cooking station.
From 7:30 AM to 10 AM, there is an American breakfast buffet. From 12:30 PM to 2 PM, the restaurant offers lunch with an international buffet. From 6:30 PM to 9 PM, dinner is served as an international buffet.
Hot and cold snacks are available from 10 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3 PM to 6 PM, as well as from 4 PM to 5 PM. Coffee, tea, and cake or pastries are served. Ice cream for children is available from 11 AM to 5 PM.
Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available during meals and at the bar from 10 AM to 11 PM.
From 7:30 AM to 10 AM, there is an American breakfast buffet. From 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, the restaurant offers lunch with an international buffet. From 6:30 PM to 9 PM, dinner is served as an international buffet.
