The village of Tigaki is approx. 4 km away and Kos town with its many shops and entertainment options is approx. 5 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel entrance. The airport is approx. 21 km away.

The spacious hotel complex surprises with plenty of greenery, ample space, and a relaxed atmosphere. The 337 rooms are spread across several 2-story buildings situated around the pool landscapes. Facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a mini-market/boutique, and a jewelry shop. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
For culinary delights, there is the air-conditioned main restaurant "Achilles", the two à-la-carte restaurants "Ithaka" and "Argo Waterfront Taverna" (both for a fee), and the "Siren Main Bar".
In the extremely well-maintained gardens, you will find five swimming pools, the "Dawn Pool Bar", and the amphitheater. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pools and on the beach; beach towels are available without a deposit.

Double room

The double rooms offer a dreamlike view of the turquoise pool landscape or the colorful garden. The aesthetic, luxurious rooms are located in the annex buildings and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, safe, 32" LED satellite TV, minibar (included with AI, for a fee with HB), coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (D/DA).
Optionally bookable for single use (DE), as a super-saver room (SSZ), or with sea view (DM/DMI/DMA).

These particularly luxurious rooms are located on the ground floor. They feature shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, safe, satellite TV, minibar (included with AI, for a fee with HB), coffee/tea station, and Nespresso machine.
A special convenience is the furnished terrace with two comfortable sun loungers and garden view. For a 3rd person, a pouf/cushion is provided (LDP/PDI).

Double room sharing pool

Same as double rooms, but also with a terrace and direct access to the sharing pool (SH2/2SH/HA2).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Executive double room sea view outdoor whirlpool

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature an outdoor whirlpool with sea view and are located in the main building on the first floor (XJ2; adults only, bookable from 18 years).
The whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Executive suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the executive suites are significantly more spacious with a living area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom (2X1).

Deluxe bungalow suite private pool

Maisonette Seafront Sharing-Pool

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these are laid out in maisonette style and feature on the lower level a living area with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, and on the upper level a bedroom with a double or twin bed and another bathroom with bathtub and shower. They also feature bathrobes and slippers, sea view, and direct access to the sharing pool (M2R).

Climate resilience tax note

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 1/1/2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
