Location

This small, family-run hotel, owned by a German-speaking family, is located approx. 600 m from the beach in Tigaki, one of the most beautiful beaches on Kos. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available there from a third-party provider for a fee. Numerous taverns, bars, shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance. A bus stop is located approx. 50 m away. Kos town is approx. 12 km away.

Facilities

This hotel, which can be booked as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, presents itself with heart and attention to detail. Together with the extremely warm and helpful nature of the owner and her equally welcoming team, nothing stands in the way of a typical Greek holiday "among friends." Hospitality is lived here! In this small hotel with modern design, the 86 completely renovated rooms are spread across 3 floors in the main building and the new annex building built in summer 2025, which features a sharing pool (only accessible to the rooms located there). The entrance area houses the air-conditioned reception, lobby, and bar with a terrace redesigned in summer 2025, where the satellite TV corner is also located. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby, the rooms, the restaurant, and by the pool. In the small, lovingly landscaped garden, you will find the renovated swimming pool, the sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and the pool/snack bar. Darts and billiards are available in the leisure room for a fee.

Superior Double Room

These modern rooms are located in the main building and offer every comfort. They feature a flat-screen TV with over 30 German channels, air conditioning (individually adjustable/included), rental safe, refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities with daily replenishment, and a balcony or terrace. The renovated bathrooms feature a walk-in shower with shower gel/shampoo, WC, magnifying mirror, and hairdryer. The rooms are located by the pool on the ground floor (DSU/DSI).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are also located in the main building and offer the same comfort as the Superior rooms, with the addition of a cozy seating area behind a visual partition from the sleeping area (JS2/JSI).

The suites are also located in the main building and feature a fresh design, offering an additional separate bedroom compared to the Junior Suites. Both the living room and the bedroom feature a flat-screen TV with over 30 German channels and their own air conditioning (S2/SI). Alternatively available for single occupancy (S1).

Deluxe Junior Suite sharing Pool (bookable from 16 years)

The Deluxe Junior Suites with sharing pool, bookable from 16 years of age, are located on the lower floor of the new annex building built in summer 2025. They offer the same facilities as the Junior Suites and feature direct access to the sharing pool (J2D/DJ1/JSU).
Alternatively available for single occupancy (J1D/DEB).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for mindful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Whirlpool Deluxe Junior Suite (bookable from 16 years)

The Whirlpool Deluxe Junior Suites (2DJ/DI/ZIP), bookable from 16 years of age, are located on the upper floor of the new annex building built in summer 2025. They offer the same facilities as the Junior Suites, with the addition of a whirlpool on the balcony.
Alternatively available for single occupancy (DE/DEA).
The whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for mindful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Breakfast

A lovingly prepared breakfast buffet is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., featuring a selection of coffee specialties, juices, sparkling wine, and fresh fruit. Other dishes such as French toast, eggs, crêpes, and more are freshly prepared upon request.
