The long sandy beach is only about 300 m away, and the town center with a large selection of bars, restaurants, and shops is around 150 m away. A bus stop is also located approx. 150 m away. Kos Airport can be reached after about 17 km.

The complex is a renovated hotel belonging to the Gaia group, with a total of 56 modern rooms, bookable exclusively for adults. It is the ideal choice for couples or friends looking for peace and relaxation.
Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lobby area with a TV corner, a restaurant, and a cocktail bar, as well as a mini-market at the neighboring sister hotel, Gaia Village (KGS120).
Outside, there is a small, well-kept garden, a swimming pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Meals include breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Snacks are offered daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the pool bar. Coffee and cake are available there from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and coffee and tea from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
