The adults-friendly hotel Maravel Star Art, which welcomes guests from the age of 12, is located directly on the beautiful, long, Blue Flag awarded sandy/pebble beach of Adelianos Kambos and is approximately 8 km from the town centre of Rethymnon. Numerous shopping and entertainment options are available in Rethymnon. Regular bus connections are available and a stop is located in the immediate vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approximately 70 km away and Chania Airport is approximately 73 km away.

The family-run schauinsland-reisen original adults-friendly hotel, which is bookable for guests from the age of 12, was renovated and modernized in some areas for summer 2024. It features a total of 41 rooms, a new lounge with 24-hour reception, a lift, and a modernized main restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a terrace and a beach bar. In the garden area, gazebos, poufs, hammocks, and a selection of sun loungers and lounge furniture as well as parasols are available free of charge around the pool and invite you to relax. On the beach, loungers with comfortable mattresses and parasols are also available free of charge. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge. Changing them is free of charge every 2 days; an earlier exchange is possible for a fee. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Double room renovated

The double rooms were redesigned for summer 2024 and shine in a modern ambience. They feature shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, a new comfortable king-size bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, telephone, rental safe, 52" plasma satellite TV, insect screens on the windows, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker with daily replenishment, kettle, Nespresso machine (2 capsules per day included, more are available for an extra charge) as well as a balcony or terrace (D/DA). Upon arrival, a bottle of water is provided.
Optionally bookable with a sea view (DM) or for single use (DE/DEA/DEM) for an extra charge.

The spacious VIP double rooms were redesigned for summer 2024 and shine in a modern ambience. They feature shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, a new comfortable king-size bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, telephone, rental safe, 52" plasma satellite TV, insect screens on the windows, coffee/tea maker with daily replenishment, kettle, Nespresso machine (2 capsules per day included, more are available for an extra charge) as well as a balcony or terrace (D/DA). Upon arrival, a bottle of water is provided. Additionally, the rooms are located close to the beach and feature a sea view (VI2).

Early continental breakfast (04:00–07:30, on request 1 day in advance until 17:00).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1 January 2025.
