Built on a mountainside, the family-run Petra Hotel is located in the middle of the village on the main road of Agia Galini on the south coast of Crete. Shops, restaurants, and cafés can be found in the narrow, steep streets or at the small harbor, approx. 150 m away. The nearest sand/pebble beach is 300 m away.
Heraklion Airport is approx. 80 km away and a bus stop is approx. 100 m away.

The lovingly managed hotel, last renovated in 2022, features 34 rooms, a reception with safes, a cozy lounge with a small library, a satellite TV corner, and an internet corner. There is also a bar and an air-conditioned lounge/breakfast area with a terrace. A small restaurant offers lunch and dinner (for an additional charge). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas and in the rooms.

The double rooms for single use feature a bathroom with a shower/WC, telephone, air conditioning (included), mini-fridge, and satellite TV (DE, bookable for Summer 2026).

Superior double room

Superior double rooms feature the same facilities as the standard double rooms but are more spacious and include a balcony (DSU/DSI).
Alternatively, they can be booked for single use (DSE/PU1), with sea view (DMU), or for single use with sea view (DME) for an additional charge.

Junior suite

Junior suites feature the same facilities as Superior double rooms, plus a seating area and a hydromassage shower. Junior suites are also more spacious (JS2).
