Hotel Eleftheria is located in the Agia Marina region, approximately 8 km west of the city of Chania, which is easily accessible by public transport. The property is situated on a hill and offers a beautiful sea view. It is about 850 m to the long sandy beach; a complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach is available daily. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity. Chania Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Heraklion Airport is about 150 km away.

The family-friendly complex has 89 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby with TV, elevators (one in the main building, one in the third building), luggage storage, and a restaurant with a terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a fee.

Superior Double Room

The modern rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe for rent, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Alternatively, they can be booked as economy rooms (SSZ), for single use (DE), or for an extra charge with a sea view (DMU).

Superior Family Room

The renovated Superior Family Rooms consist of 2 double rooms with a connecting door, sharing 1 bathroom with a bathtub/WC, with otherwise the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms. The rooms feature a balcony (F2U).

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government will levy a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
