Location

The Seascape Luxury Residence is located in the resort of Agia Pelagia, approx. 50 m from the sand/pebble beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approx. 25 km away.

Facilities

The adult-friendly complex (bookable for ages 14 and up) has a total of 33 accommodation units, arranged in 2-story buildings around the pool area, and offers a reception (8 am-10 pm) with luggage storage. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The outdoor area features two swimming pools with a sun terrace and a pool/snackbar (for a fee). Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pool, for a fee at the beach. Parking is available at the hotel subject to availability and included.

Deluxe Apartment Pool View

The high-quality apartments consist of a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette (oven with hob, fridge, kettle, dishes, water, raki, and fruit included upon arrival), walk-in shower/WC, Wi-Fi, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, flatscreen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (1 room, HB2).

Deluxe Apartment Pool View 1 Bedroom

With the same facilities as the Deluxe Apartment Pool View, these rooms have a separate bedroom. Water, raki, and fruit are provided in the room upon arrival (H2N).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 1.1.2025.
