This family-friendly hotel has 222 rooms spread across several buildings and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, a main restaurant "Agapi" serving Cretan, Greek and international cuisine, as well as a main bar "Eros", a traditional Greek kafenion and a mini-market. Additionally, the à-la-carte tavern "To Fili" and an ice cream parlor are available. In the large, well-maintained outdoor area, there are two swimming pools with a sun terrace and the pool bar "Plori". Bath towels, sun loungers, and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms.

Family Apartment 1 Bedroom

The apartments feature a shower/WC with hairdryer, a separate bedroom, and a combined living/sleeping area with a dining table. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), safe, flat-screen satellite TV, kitchenette (filter coffee machine, toaster on request, kettle, mini-fridge, and dishes), and a balcony or terrace with village view (A12).
Folding beds are provided for the 3rd/4th person respectively.

With the same facilities as the 1-bedroom apartments, these offer access to the communal gardens and garden view (A2G).

Superior Apartment 1 Bedroom

These are more spacious than the 1-bedroom apartments with the same facilities and feature a village view (A2U).

The modern Suite Seafront features a shower/WC with hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and scales. Note regarding climate resilience levy

For stays starting from Jan 1st, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which the guest must pay on-site, similar to a local visitor's tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room from Jan 1st, 2025.
