Location

The Paralos Venus Suites, newly opened in 2022, offers every comfort for adults aged 16 and over. The hotel is located in a quiet area, slightly outside the center of the village of Analipsis and approx. 300 m from the sand/shingle beach. A bus stop is located on the main road approx. 800 m away. The distance to Heraklion airport is approx. 20 km.

Restored in 2022, this adults-only complex has 66 rooms and features a 24-hour reception, the "Diktamos" à la carte restaurant serving upscale Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, the "Cretan Bio À-la-carte-Restaurant" offering traditional Greek cuisine made from local organic products, a bar, and its own wine cellar. A wine tasting session is included here once per week. The well-maintained outdoor area features three swimming pools (two of which are heated from April to mid-May and from mid- to end-October, up to 26°), each with massage jets and a sun terrace. There is also a "Rooftop+Sunset" lounge, a rooftop fitness area, and a playroom with billiards, card games, and a small library. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools, and available for a fee at the beach through local providers.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Accommodation

Deluxe Double Room

The modern rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC with hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as a queen-size bed with a pillow menu and turndown service. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with a fan, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart LED satellite TV, telephone, ironing board, minibar, safe, espresso coffee machine (two capsules included daily), kettle for coffee/tea, one bottle of water per day, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).

Junior Suite

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Double rooms, but somewhat more spacious (JS2/JSI).
Available with optional sea view for an additional charge (J2M).

Junior Suite Swim Up

The Junior Suites are optionally available as Swim-Up (SUJ, heated from April to mid-May and from mid- to end-October up to 26°).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Junior Suite Private Pool Sea View

Same as the Junior Suites, additionally with a private pool (heated from April to mid-May and from mid- to end-October up to 26°) and sea view (SI2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Suite Private Pool Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of a separate bedroom and a living/sleeping area, and feature a private pool (heatable from April to mid-May and mid- to end-October) and sea view (IP2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 am – 10:30 am) with a gourmet buffet and à la carte menu.
If half board is booked, an additional à la carte dinner (6:30 pm – 9:30 pm) is included (reservation required, drinks not included). Furthermore, for a minimum stay of 5 nights, half-board guests can have dinner once per week at the "Cretan Bio" à la carte restaurant (reservation required, drinks not included).
A menu card with light dishes is available at lunchtime (12:30 pm – 5:00 pm, for a fee). Only local Cretan and Greek products are used to bring the healthy, delicious, and authentic Cretan cuisine to the guest's table.

The All-Inclusive program at Paralos Venus Suites offers more than just comfort – it is a sophisticated experience of Cretan and Greek gastronomy.
In the Diktamos restaurant, a breakfast buffet with additional à la carte dishes is offered from 7:30 am – 10:30 am. For late risers, there is a small breakfast buffet from 10:30 am – 11:00 am. During lunchtime from 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm as well as for dinner from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm, varied à la carte dishes are served. Additionally, dinner can optionally be taken in the "Cretan Bio" restaurant. Here, regional à la carte dishes are also served from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Still and sparkling water, a curated wine list, Greek draft and bottled beer, soft drinks, and a selection of non-alcoholic options are included for lunch and dinner.
Coffee specialties, fresh juices, soft drinks, beer, cocktails, spirits, mocktails, and smoothies are available at the Pool & Snack Bar from 10:00 am – midnight. Snack & coffee time with a selection of pastries, cakes, healthy snacks, and sandwiches is from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Upon arrival, dried fruits, nuts, raki, as well as a bottle of wine, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar are provided.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1 – October 31):
