The Stella Palace hotel is quietly located, separated from a gently sloping sandy bay by only a lightly used road. A public beach can be reached in approximately 200 m. The town of Analipsis, with various bars and taverns, is only about 800 m away.

The hotel complex, which is very popular with families, consists of a main building and 2-story row bungalows with a total of 365 rooms. In the main building, you will find the lobby with reception and seating areas, Wi-Fi (included), a bar, an elegant buffet restaurant, a mini-market, and an amphitheater, as well as a lounge area with a satellite TV and internet corner (included). The outdoor area features 5 à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee), each with a terrace. In the spacious garden area, there are 2 freshwater swimming pools, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (also included at the private hotel beach; at the public beach for a fee), and a pool/snack bar. At the hotel (approx. 200 m away) is the water park with water slides for children and adults, water games, a snack bar, and a candy bar.

Family Room

With the same features as the double rooms, these offer sleeping accommodations for 4 people with pool view (DF2). The family rooms were completely renovated in 2022.
Optionally bookable as a Family Room Pool View with one living/bedroom and one visually separated bedroom and pool view (2FA).

Family Suite Pool View

These family suites offer you a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, a vanity integrated into the room, a shower, a separate WC, and a balcony (XF2).

The cozy double rooms feature bathrobes/slippers, minibar (for a fee), coffee and tea making facilities, TV, hairdryer, Jacuzzi in the room, and are located on the first floor (DB). Please note that the building in which these rooms are located does not have an elevator.

Villa Private Pool (HERB18)

The luxuriously designed villas with their own pool on the private terrace span two floors in maisonette style and offer two bathrooms, one double bed as well as two sofa beds, a kettle, internet, safe (free of charge), and flat-screen satellite TV, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (2IO).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Breakfast (7:30-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (7-9:30 PM) in buffet form in the "Poseidon" main restaurant. Optionally, breakfast can be taken as a Greek buffet in the "Elia" restaurant (8:30-11 AM).
With a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner can be taken once in each of the 5 à-la-carte restaurants; with a minimum stay of 14 nights, twice each. Warm snacks (12:30-5 PM), sweet snacks (11 AM-5:30 PM), coffee/tea (10 AM-11 PM), various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the menu (10 AM-11 PM and during meals). Entry to the water park with food and drinks is included (10 AM-6 PM).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience charge, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1 - October 31):
