It includes a 24-hour reception with a lobby, TV room, internet corner, five restaurants, and four bars (some are not available in the low season), as well as a mini-market, jewelry shop, boutique, and souvenir shop. The high-quality amenities include well-maintained grounds with seven pools, including two adults-only pools (relaxation pool, heart-shaped pool, circular pool, two Olympic pools, and two pools with water slides), a water park, a children's pool, and a baby pool. Suite Sea View Sharing Pool

The suites consist of two visually separated sleeping areas and are equipped with shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, iron and ironing board, safe, 42" LED satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, terrace, and direct sea view (2UH).
Optionally bookable directly on the beach for an additional charge (2VH).

These renovated family rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms, consist of a bedroom and a separate sleeping area with a connecting door, and feature two bathrooms with shower/WC, air conditioning, two 42" LED satellite TV sets, refrigerator, and terrace (2FA).

Family Room 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The family rooms with a separate bedroom can optionally be booked with a private pool for an additional charge (NZ2).

Family Room Superior

The renovated Superior family rooms consist of 2 separate bedrooms with a sliding door and feature comfortable amenities including bath/WC, two 42" LED satellite TV sets, an additional refrigerator, balcony, and garden view. Bookable on the 1st or 2nd floor (F2U).
Optionally bookable on the ground floor for an additional charge (2FS).

All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast (7:30-11 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) in the main restaurant “Diktamo” with international and Greek dishes. During lunch and dinner, soft drinks, juices, local beer, house wine, coffee, and tea are included. There is a separate children's buffet in the main restaurant.
Breakfast (8-10:30 am), lunch (1-3:30 pm), and dinner (7-9:30 pm) are also available in buffet form at the “Kalypso” tavern (available mid-April to October; dinner by reservation only). Dinner (7-10 pm) in the form of an Italian buffet, à la carte dishes, and show cooking is available in the “Trattoria” restaurant (available mid-June to mid-September; included once for stays of at least 5 days). Wok and BBQ dishes are served at the “Thalassa” snack bar from 12-5 pm (mid-May to October).
Local soft drinks, juices, beer, international alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea are included from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bar (special drinks for a fee). Ice cream, pizza, crêpes, and sandwiches are available from 11 am to midnight at the “Blue” pool bar and from 5 pm to midnight at the “Asteri” lobby bar. The “Sun & Sea” beach bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm (mid-May to October; low season 10 am to 6 pm). The “Laguna” pool/beach bar is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Additionally, a new Asian restaurant (6:30-9:30 pm, mid-May to October, reservation required) and a new fast-food restaurant (11 am-5:30 pm, mid-May to mid-October) are available. Vegetarian menus and special dietary menus are offered in the main restaurant upon request on-site.

Sports for a fee

18 tennis courts, including 4 padel courts and a pickleball court (upon request with reservation on-site; April, May, September, October), tennis lessons, Creta Golf Club (approx. 5 km away), mountain bike rental, and billiards. An "Olympic pool" is also available to guests (free of charge if not already reserved for swimming groups; swimming groups are always upon request and for a fee).

Children's program

Kids Club (4–13 years) and Teen Club (14–17 years) with varied activities such as movie nights and a mini-disco. For families, there is a children's buffet in the main restaurant and a cozy family café. A large and a small playground as well as a water park provide additional fun. The offering is rounded off by a baby pool and a children's pool.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting Jan 1, 2025.
