Location

The newly designed, popular Paralos Kosta Alímia resort welcomes guests aged 13 and over (Adults friendly). It is located in the holiday area of Anissaras, directly on the 150 m long and approximately 5000 m² beach, separated from the hotel only by a rarely used promenade stretching for kilometers (swimming shoes recommended).
In the vicinity of the hotel, you will find several mini-markets, bars, and taverns. The lively tourist center of Hersonissos, with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, is just 4 km to the east. The smaller and quieter village of Analipsi is conveniently reachable within a 15-minute walk to the west. The capital city of Heraklion is about 22 km away and can be reached by local bus.
Various attractions such as the Palace of Knossos, the Palace of Malia, the Lasithi Plateau, or the beautiful Gulf of Mirabello with the famous island of Spinalonga can also be explored.

The well-known establishment (formerly Paralos Kosta Mare) opened its doors in 1988 and has become one of the most renowned and popular hotels in Crete over more than 30 years. Since summer 2024, the hotel has been part of the PURE LUXE category of Paralos Hospitality Hotels. Following an extensive renovation, which began in recent years and was completed by summer 2024, the Paralos Kosta Alímia shines in a new design.
The hotel features 152 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception and free high-speed Wi-Fi, a lounge with a terrace and elevator, a lobby bar with a terrace, and 5 à la carte restaurants. The beautifully landscaped complex offers, in addition to a sunbathing lawn with high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas, a total of 12 pools (including sharing pools and private pools). A heated indoor pool in the spa area and two main pools each feature an integrated whirlpool. The impressive infinity pool is equipped with water loungers and a state-of-the-art underwater music system, offering a unique swimming experience. Additionally, there are two new sharing pools and seven private pools. The pool bars boast a new design and modern, luxurious furnishings.
At the beach, besides high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas, elevated seating cushions and gazebos (Bali beds) are also included. Furthermore, there is a beach and pool service that caters to you directly at your lounger. For health-conscious individuals and sports enthusiasts, a Wellness & Spa center and fitness areas (open-air and indoor) are available.

Retreat Double Room with Sea View and Hydromassage Tub

In addition to the otherwise identical amenities of the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms feature a large terrace with a landscaped rock garden, equipped with a private wooden gazebo, a small fire pit, and a hydromassage bathtub, as well as a magnificent view of the Cretan Sea.
The daily refill of the minibar with non-alcoholic beverages is included. The room's sound and light ambiance can be adjusted at any time, allowing for individual customization. Yoga and Pilates soft equipment is also provided (22Z; additional contingents bookable under hotel code HER201: DMA).

Climate Resilience Levy Information
