The hotel has 344 rooms and offers an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception and lobby, mini-market, main restaurant, tavern, beach restaurant, and four bars. Outdoor facilities include an amphitheater, five seawater pools with a sun terrace, three pool bars, and three children's splash pools. Pool towels, sun loungers, and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Bungalow

The bungalows feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, minibar (replenished every two days), telephone, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, welcome package (wine and water), and a furnished balcony or terrace with a sea view (B2M).
Also available for single use (B1A).

Bungalow Seafront

With the same amenities as the bungalows, these also include bathrobes, slippers, and are located in a seafront position (WF2).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same amenities as the bungalows but are more spacious (DF2).

Family Apartment

The family apartments consist of a bedroom and a living/sleeping room and have the same amenities as the bungalows (2AF).
Also available with a sea view (2AW).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Plus

American breakfast (7:00-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) in buffet style at the "Veranda" main restaurant. Early continental breakfast from 4:00-7:00 AM and late buffet from 10:00 PM-4:00 AM.
Lunch is also available in buffet style from 12:30-3:00 PM at the "Thalassa" beach restaurant.
Once per week (minimum stay of four days), dinner can also be taken at the "Thalassa" beach restaurant or the "La Pergola" tavern (6:30-10:00 PM) (subject to availability).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, juices, beer, wine, spirits, long drinks, and cocktails are included around the clock at the respective open bars.
Food and drinks are available on a self-service basis at any time.
Children's menus are offered with meals.

Climate resilience levy note

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
