Opened in 2022, the hotel consists of 3 buildings with a total of only 25 rooms and features a 24-hour reception, lobby with seating area, snack bar, dining area, and veranda. In the well-maintained courtyard area of the hotel, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge by the pool; gazebos are available for a fee (subject to availability). Bath towels are also provided free of charge. Free parking (including an electric vehicle charging station) is available at the hotel, subject to availability. Guests can also use the facilities and beach of the sister hotel "Anissa Beach"; a free shuttle to "Anissa Beach" is available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double room

Equipped with a bathroom with separate shower/WC, hairdryer, Aloe care products, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi included, minibar (daily refill with water, soft drinks, and beer), coffee/tea station, and balcony or terrace (D). Can also be booked for single use (DE).

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are slightly larger and feature an additional sofa bed (2CD).

With the same facilities as the Comfort Double rooms, these rooms additionally feature a private pool (ACD).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We request that guests act cautiously and pay particular attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these consist of a living/bedroom and a separate bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with twin beds (S2).

With the same facilities as the suites, these feature a private pool (heatable for a fee) (SP2).

Half board

Continental breakfast (7:30 am - 10:30 am) in buffet form, dinner (6:30 pm - 9 pm) as a menu choice with appetizer and dessert buffet. Early breakfast from 7:00 am - 7:30 am as well as late-riser breakfast from 10:30 am - 11:00 am.
Guests have the opportunity to dine once per week in each of the 3 themed restaurants at the partner hotel "Anissa Beach & Village" (reservation required).

Destination information: Climate Resilience Levy

For stays starting from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per room per day, effective from January 1st, 2025.
