Location

This family-run, small hotel complex, which is very popular with regular guests, is located in a quiet, green setting approx. 800 meters from the village center of Bali with its pretty fishing harbor and a few minutes' walk from 2 sand/pebble beaches. The distance to Heraklion airport is approx. 50 km. It is approx. 30 km to the town of Rethymnon and approx. 80 km to Chania. Buses run hourly in both directions from the nearby bus stop.

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (1-2:30 pm), and dinner (7-9 pm) are offered in buffet style.
Xidas Garden cooks exclusively with olive oil produced in its own olive groves. Enjoy your dinner and gain an insight into typical Cretan cuisine.
During meals, water, wine, beer, soft drinks, and juice are available.
At the pool bar, you can obtain soft drinks, juice, local wines and beer, a selection of local spirits, as well as coffee/tea and ice cream for self-service from 11 am to 11 pm.

Arrival by car

From the airport, take the expressway towards Heraklion/Rethymnon, past Heraklion (continue straight at the traffic light intersection). Drive along the coast road past the villages of Agia Pelagia and Fodele and continue following the road. The next village is Sissi; continue driving west from here.
Finally, you will reach the exit for Bali; follow the road into the village until you see a small sign on your left with the name Xidas Garden. A road leads up to the hotel.
