Situated in a beautiful garden on a hillside, this hotel offers a magnificent view of the bay of Chersonissos. It is approximately 500 m to the beach via an underpass and about 1.5 km to the center of Chersonissos. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approximately 25 km.

The complex, with a total of 730 rooms, features a lobby with a reception, bars, satellite TV, restaurants with a children's corner, two open-air restaurants, a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. The well-maintained outdoor area features 3 swimming pools (with a mixture of fresh and salt water) with a separate children's pool with a small water park, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Bath towels are available for a fee and a deposit.

Double Room Superior

These are completely renovated and, with otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, feature more modern furnishings with a bath or shower/WC, coffee/tea station, 32-inch satellite TV, bathrobes, and slippers (DSU).
Optionally bookable with sea view (DMU/DIM), with sea view on an upper floor (XO2), or for single use (DSE).

Family Room

The family rooms consist of two sleeping areas separated by a sliding door, with one double bed and 2 single beds, and feature bath/WC, hairdryer, rental safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, air conditioning, as well as a balcony or terrace (DF2).

Family Room Superior

The completely renovated Family Rooms Superior consist of a living/bedroom with two single beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed and connecting door. They feature bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe (for a fee), 32" satellite TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee/tea station, as well as a balcony or terrace (F2U).
Optionally bookable with sea view (FMZ) or slightly larger as Type B with three single beds (BFS).

Suite Whirlpool

The modern suites offer a double bed and two single beds, as well as two bathrooms with a shower, bathrobes, slippers, and a hairdryer. Furthermore, the rooms feature air conditioning, a rental safe, 32" satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a coffee/tea station, and a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view (S2J).
The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Breakfast (7:30 am - 10:00 am), lunch (12:30 pm - 2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30 pm - 9:30 pm) in buffet form. Late-riser breakfast from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the "Artemis" snack bar. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a Greek breakfast once per weekly stay at the Kafeneio (reservation required). Once per weekly stay, dinner can be taken à la carte at the Kafeneio or at the Asian restaurant "Imperial Sakura Savor" (reservation required). Snacks such as pizza, toast, and popcorn at the "Artemis Street Food Bar" and at the "Dimitra Burger & Pizza Bar" from 10:00 am - 9:30 pm. Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 10:00 am - 1:00 am at the respective open bars.

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.

Arrival by car

From Heraklion Airport, take the new national road towards Agios Nikolaos. Follow this road until the exit Stalida-Hersonissos. Turn left towards Hersonissos (to the right, the road leads to Stalida-Agios Nikolaos).
Follow this road for approximately 300 m and you will see the Royal & Imperial Belvedere hotel complex on your left.
