Location

The hotel complex consists of a main building and various bungalow buildings, surrounded by a beautiful garden. A narrow road separates the complex from a small bathing bay. The lively center of Hersonissos is approximately 1 km away. Heraklion Airport is located approximately 25 km from the hotel.

Designed in a traditional Cretan architectural style, the hotel features 204 rooms and offers a reception, lounge, satellite TV corner, internet corner, Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the rooms, main bar with terrace, restaurant, mini-market, and an indoor pool. Inside, there are 2 swimming pools and a children's pool, as well as a beach bar located directly by the sea. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge at the pool and for a fee at the beach.

Double Room

The rooms are furnished in a local style and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally bookable as a Super Saver Room (SSZ) or for an additional charge with side sea view (DMS/DIS). Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Double Room Sharing Pool

Bookable only for guests aged 18 and over, these rooms offer the same facilities as the double rooms and provide access to a sharing pool (SH2). Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome package (wine, water, and fruit).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We request that guests act prudently and pay special attention when using this area.

Maisonette Private Pool

Bookable only for guests aged 12 and over, these maisonette-style rooms offer the same facilities as the double rooms, plus a separate bedroom on the 2nd floor and a private pool (MT2). Guests receive a welcome package (wine, water, and fruit).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We request that guests act prudently and pay special attention when using this area.

From 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., sandwiches and ice cream are available at the beach bar. Coffee, tea, beer, and wine are served from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the lobby bar. Furthermore, guests have access to the à-la-carte restaurants of the other "Herostels" All Inclusive hotels (reservation required). Local soft drinks, juices, beer, wine, ouzo, raki, a selection of international alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea are included from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at whichever bar is open.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from Jan 1, 2025, between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
