The family-run Hotel Albatros Spa & Resort features 206 comfortably furnished rooms spread across a main building and two annexes. It offers guests a cozy lobby with a 24-hour reception, lift, mini-market, the "Prova Wine Bar" featuring unique local grape varieties, and two restaurants. The main restaurant "Mediterraneo" and the à-la-carte restaurant "Daphne" (Cretan gourmet cuisine; for a fee) offer a mix of local and international dishes.
In the outdoor area, there are two freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool and the "Seaside Cocktail Bar" (11 am – midnight), which is the ideal place to enjoy the Greek sun, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the beach for a fee. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel complex free of charge.

The spacious Superior double rooms with pool view, renovated in summer 2025, are located in the annex building and are equipped with one double bed or two single beds. They feature a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, individually adjustable air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. A seating area is also provided (DSP/2DI).
Also available for single occupancy (DST, only with full board).

Double Room Deluxe (bookable from Summer 2027)
