The family-friendly Hotel Star Beach Village is located at the edge of Hersonissos, separated from the sandy beach only by a quiet road. Restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities are within walking distance. Heraklion Airport is approximately 25 km away.

The Hotel Star Beach Village features a total of 474 rooms spread across 3 floors and 15 annexes, offering a lobby, 24-hour reception, lobby bar, TV lounge, a main restaurant, a Cretan tavern, and an Asian restaurant. The well-maintained grounds include the garden, a swimming pool landscape with 8 pools (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM), a separate children's pool with 6 water slides (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM), a garden, a sun terrace, a beach snack bar, two additional beach bars, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.
Access to the "Star Beach Water Park" is free for Star Beach Village hotel guests, with the exception of the VIP area. Special signage directs guests to all all-inclusive bars and restaurants in the park that can be used, including the swimming pools, "lazy rivers," and slides. Out of the hotel's total area of approx. 28 hectares, the VIP zone occupies approximately one hectare. For the VIP zone (please note the information under Hotel Service), there is an entrance ticket available for all hotel guests for a fee.

Double rooms Type A feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a balcony or terrace; they are located in the annex (approx. 150 m away on the opposite side of the road, DA).
Optionally bookable for single occupancy in the main building (DE).

Double room side sea view

The double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a balcony or terrace, located in the main building with a side view of the sea (DMS). Optionally bookable as a double room with direct sea view (DM/MBB).

Family room

Family rooms consist of a living/bedroom and a separate bedroom and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a balcony or terrace, located in the main building.

Breakfast from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM in buffet style with show cooking in the main restaurant or from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM in the Cretan tavern.
Lunch from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM in buffet style in the main restaurant or from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM in the Cretan tavern.
During the day, snacks such as pizza, fries, sandwiches, and ice cream, as well as coffee/tea and pastries, are available at various bars (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
Dinner from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM in buffet style with show cooking in the main restaurant or in the Asian restaurant. Themed evenings (Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, European, Cretan) take place in the main restaurant in the evening.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices, coffee, cocoa, tea, beer, and wine are included from 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM at the currently open bar.
Children's menus are available at a separate buffet in the main restaurant "Minos." There is a corner with baby food in the "Cretan Star" tavern.

Note: Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
