The high-quality holiday resort features a total of 240 rooms spread across 2-story annex buildings and offers an impressive lobby with a reception and seating areas, elevators, a main restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (Greek, "Meat & Grill", Asian, Italian, and Fish), a lobby bar, snack bar, rooftop cocktail bar, mini-market, and various shops. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and separate children's pool, as well as a pool and beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included both at the pool and on the beach. Pool towels are included. Deluxe Family Room

The premises are divided into a living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom (2DF).

Maisonette

The maisonettes consist of two levels with an open-plan living/sleeping area on the upper floor and a bedroom with a king-size bed and small sofa on the lower level. They feature a seating area, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker and kettle, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine (2 capsules provided once on arrival day for half-board guests, daily included for all-inclusive guests), iron, beach bag, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (2M).

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suite consists of a bedroom and a separate living/sleeping room with a connecting door and two sofa beds. The suites feature a seating area, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker and kettle, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine (2 capsules provided once on arrival day for half-board guests, daily included for all-inclusive guests), iron, beach bag, and balcony or terrace on the garden side (SDG).

Half Board

Light early bird breakfast from 4:00 AM - 7:30 AM (on request), large breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM, and late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM in the main restaurant.
Dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) in the main restaurant.
In the evenings, the à la carte restaurants "Levantes Italian", "Ostria Meat&Grill", "SIROCCO BEACH SEAFOOD", and "Kaze Asian" are also open from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM (included 2x per week, otherwise for a fee, reservation required).
For late arrivals, cold dishes can be provided for customers upon request.
Vegetarian dishes and menus for special dietary needs are available on request.
Appropriate dress is required in the restaurants (men must wear long trousers and a shirt).
Drinks are not included with dinner.

Premium All Inclusive

All meals served buffet-style.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
